Pros

Nice offices. Nice perks. Good food. Some great management.

Cons

Low pay for ICs, compensation restructuring means less pay across the board. Constant fear of redundancy. New focus every FY. No consistency in direction. Raises and Promotions are mainly a popularity contest.

Great company

Pros

Good enough salary but sales comp might change. Product is the best on the market and continues to evolve. Management is very good. Building and food are bespoke.

Cons

They are the leader, there is so many customers so most teams are only one nationality which not push people to mix. Management level is very very good but there is a feeling they are not listen to by their management. Recent layoff change the perception of the company.

Pros

Cons

Impossible to climb within the company. Opportunities are either being layed off or have such intense competition it feels impossible to grow your career here.
