Pros

- Strong technical and product leaders. - Hacker culture: Dive into another team's code and get your project moving. Monthly hack days. - Big impact. The definitive professional social network is now at critical mass. There are many worthwhile products and business lines to be built on top. LinkedIn is still in the early days of leveraging that network and data. - Members-first culture w/ an incredibly strong long-term vision. - Incredible growth creates many opportunities. - Culture of complete transparency. Bi-weekly company all-hands with the CEO.

Cons

- Generating lots of revenue means some teams have to move slower to make sure important systems don't go down.
