      Pros

      Small company feel. Flat organization. Great compensation and benefits Employees and customers matter more than company profits. Amazing culture and people. The office space is super nice and in a great area of Philadelphia.

      I cant really think of any.

      - High turnover - Upper Management are too busy looking at numbers to see reality - Salaries are low for the Philadelphia area

      Really great place to work. You get recognized for your work and are in a really great environment for learning and collaboration. The pay is really great, and you have a lot of opportunities to improve and advance.
