Pros

Progressive company (Respects all races and genders!!!) Good salary for location Bosses who care and listen

Cons

Need more employees in all departments, including leadership Need more locations to work from (Remote would do wonders) Need dedicated lunch for night crew of Support, oftentimes people will greedily eat all of the catered lunch.

Pros

Company is growing very fast. Great pay especially for south jersey. Every single person that works here seems to love their job. Very good health benefits. Plenty of free food, catered lunch once a week sometimes twice. Awesome perks (free gym membership, massages, frequent dinners and outings paid for by the company). Really laid back atmosphere, very casual work attire. Plenty of room for growth as this company is rapidly growing. Easily the best job I've ever had.

Cons

The only potential con I can think of is IF this company loses it's grasp of it's roots as it continues to rapidly grow. They started off small and have grown so quickly that it would be very easy to grasp a corporate mentality. Hopefully they just continue to do what they are doing.

Not too bad if you're starting out.

Pros

Good place to gain experience quickly. If you're fresh out of school and are motivated and smart you can very quickly move into greater responsibilities but you do have to work for it. It can also be a lot of fun if you end up working with the right people. Just make sure that your personality fits the existing culture and you'll generally have a good time. Work-Life balance is usually good in support. Can't really speak on other departments.

Cons

Pay is really bad, especially for the area. From what I saw when I left they were getting a little better about this but overall it's still below average for the knowledge you'll need to have. While it is easy to get a gig here that cuts both ways. You can get your shoe in the door really easily but so can a lot of really untalented people. The Support Managers are getting better about screening out those people but it's still painful to interact with the less knowledgeable coworkers.
