Pros

They have unbeatable benefits - 100% match on the 401(k) up to the IRS limit (could add $20K+ to your salary), 100% employer-paid health insurance for the whole family, unlimited leave, and a generally positive culture. Plus a great mission. Everything is 100% remote.

Cons

Revenue is being impacted by the economy, so they recently laid off employees and hiring is tighter.

Pros

AMAZING benefits... 100% healthcare paid and unlimited vacation (it's not a trap). Mission-driven work that's makes the work meaningful. Working with the best, smartest people in the field.

Cons

There is a culture of urgency, some merited but much not, that you have to learn to navigate. There's more work than people/time, though that is continually improving.

Toxic work culture No work-life balance Culture of blame Management undermines they're employees No focus Not Agile They hire you to have someone to blame Not-so-fun fact: Sr Manager died in early 40s, perhaps from overworking all-day, everyday. Very sad. Work isn't worth your health
