Pros

I enjoy working with different teams a lot. We have great collaborative and inclusive cultures. The company values both fresh perspectives and professional experiences. Welcome to join us even if you may not from a closely relevant industry. As one of the Danaher OpCos, we also benefit from the toolkits called DBS, which allows us to build efficient processes and address problems in the business.

Cons

The location may be a bit problematic for some people, but it's close to Cambridge. St Ives is a peaceful town and Cambridge is more lively.
