Pros

Caring employer that values the welfare of its employees. They offer interesting and varied work. They allow for personal responsibility and while employees are stretched they are not 'micro managed'. As part of a global corporation, Linx offers lots of worldwide opportunities for the career minded.

Cons

While the Cambridgeshire area has lots of places of interest, it is an expensive and crowded location. Location is not centralised and so is not ideal for connection to other parts of the country.

Management willing to invest in development and training. Good career opportunities. The company allows good working flexibility. Solid profit and growth.

Cons

Demanding workload. Bulky processes sometimes hempering dynamic product changes. International company setup with different time zones are sometimes challenging.
