Pros

No experience required. Super easy recruitment, interviewers are friendly, they don't ask too many technical questions, they are more interested about your passion towards gaming. Practically no notice period, easy to leave for better option.

Cons

*IT IS A SHELTER* just before you find something else. Very low salary. Poor team management, even though team leads are very friendly. Working in IT (I know it's manual game testing but still) and having someone count the minutes you spend in office is crazy. like being late 5 minutes (happens to everyone) and having to account for it at the end of the day! You have to log every small break, going to toilet, or going to get some water for yourself.

Pros

Lionbridge does a great job of recognizing talent - especially those who consistently go the extra mile, maintain a positive mindset, and are genuinely invested in the mission and success. There are a lot of smart and talented people here, which allows you to learn and develop your own skills. Town halls are hosted regularly and directly addresses employee questions and concerns - which allows for visibility and transparency. This is an important piece and is much appreciated, especially for a large company. As a Lion, you have a voice, leadership wants to hear from the employees, and our CEO is very approachable.

Cons

As with any large organization, there can occasionally be process-related blockers or slowdowns. However, concerns and feedback are taken seriously, and I've always felt comfortable raising issues with my manager and having open, productive conversations.
