      Great opportunity for people with technical thinking

      Pros

      Tons of people with great experience related to localization, project management and customer care. Leaderhip does have focus on customer satisfaction however the approach is not that the customer is the king and we need to please them no matter what, instead the goals are reached as unified effort and the customer is made aware that the result depends also on the input they provide, and their effort is needed for a perfect result. We never say no to the customer but do ask all the necessary questions and the customer is expected to be able to answer them. Decent pay level and the motivation package. In recent years there's annual merit increase.

      Cons

      On recent years the company has decided to move production to India. Since then, a lot of knowledge and expertise that was accumulated in Europe over years has been pouring out from the company. It's quite a loss and does affect ... literally everything that is going on there. There are no annual bonuses in Europe.
