      Good for people who prefer slow work dynamics

      Pros

      I would say this is good if you expect slow growth , I was there for 4 months. If you get opportunity as an APM and if you're someone who's required to work in night shift. You'll be mostly working on localisation project else it's internal Finance project. Canteen is good, for night employees you get coupons. People are supportive ❤️ including the Seniors especially if you're working in Amazon project in Navi Mumbai Gigaplex office They have cab facility for night employees.

      Cons

      HR is good, but sometimes you need to follow them to get your work done. And another thing which I noticed is if you're tech savy this organisation is not right choice they do most of the work manually (but again that's a personal choice)
