Work on your own time

Cons

If there are no tasks available when you can do them, you won't always meet the 10 hours per week minimum. If it takes longer to complete the task, it counts against you because you can't report more time than what was allowed.

Hours Pay Freedom Working at home.

Cons

Feeling isolated and unhelped by staff. Same repititous issues with unsatisfactory results from email 'communications'.

Micro managing environment, didnt feel like I could control my day or outcome. Everything was said and done behind closed doors, no transparency
