      Pros

      Pay is very competitive, hours are flexible, and there is individualized feedback pretty regularly.

      Cons

      Would be nice to create some sort of social environment where we can talk to fellow workers such as a chat room or message board.

      Pros

      - Ample amounts of PTO - Support for furthering education - Some great team members and managers - Outstanding support for WFH - Efficient and friendly response/service from IT - Communication from top-down is vastly improved

      Cons

      - New 'customer-first' mentality supersedes respect and commitments to own employees, quite blatantly in certain cases - Some processes and reporting can be quite archaic, time consuming, and unnecessarily stressful - Wages below regional average - Communications to employees across certain departments quite poor
