Worst managerial staff. Unexperienced, rude, and knows nothing about day to day operations.

Flexible Hours Ability to work from home Completely based on the computer. You never have to speak to a human.

Cons

UNPAID training. Once hired they expect you to keep up with new concepts on your own time and DO NOT pay you for it. Also the management is not really clear with their goals. While the job is very flexiable, it wasn't for me. They tell you to check for rating tasks, but for someone who works nights, by the time I get home I don't find any.
