Pros

you mean there are pros?

Cons

They expect their auditors to meet certain requirements - but they can't get their own crap together. Will make you re-test based on their foggy, over-subjective guidelines, and give you a deadline to complete the test - but then the materials they send for training are inaccessible and they will not address emails nor tech requests. They can't even get their own crap together or functioning - won't do their own jobs! - yet they expect the utmost from their employees at all times. They rely strictly on data and no human factor to it.They have tried to remove any humanity from their interactions with their workers, if they interact at all. Webinars are a joke - can hardly understand the speaker thanks to heavy accent.

Pros

They give you PLENTY of training. You'll basically either understand it, or you won't. You work at your own time, make your own schedule. The availability of work is just fine. You just have to be self-motivated to make yourself work when you need to, and be diligent about it. The pay is pretty good, considering it's a legitimate work-at-home job. No complaints. They will answer any questions you have about any tasks.

Cons

There is a longer period of time between pay periods, but it is regular. It just has to be something planned for. You can't depend on this as your only income. Sometimes more work is available than not. Understand what you're getting into.

Confused and poor communication

Pros

I still haven't find any. Time flexibility is not a pro, it's normal as I'm a freelance consultant.

Cons

During the application, while I was in contact with a manager asking me details about my precedent job, I received a mail in which they told me that my application wasn't succesfully because I didn't answer their precedent email!!! I asked for clarification and in the next mail I was taken on board, without explanation. The pay is ridicolously low. The feedbacks are confused, often they came too late to be useful. Communications are confused, I have always to wait days before I get an answer. Seems like the managers are far behind the actual situation, The qualifiation test was buggy, I took a re-qualification one with some very evident errors in it, I re-took it again and after two days the told me that my Learning Path was not completed. Which instead was. They clearly lie in an email mentioning something that I never wrote. Overall, the site, the work and the management is a mess.
