Pros
My immediate manager was a good guy, and smart. Wisely, he has since moved on. Training was decent. Most colleagues were pleasant.
Cons
The PMO has a lot of redundancies, structurewise. Things seem disorganized and are not at all streamlined. Some senior managers add no value whatsoever and seem to exist to ask pointless questions and pull rank. The tech stack is appallingly disjointed: some of it is OK, but it does include one of the worst, most antiquated translation tool user interfaces I've ever seen... genuinely horrific to work with. There are too many cooks and too many hand-offs. In particular, a lot of the QA checks aren't so much QA checks as hoop-jumping exercises that add nothing. In short, I don't think the way Lionbridge "does it" is the right way to "do it".
