Pros

Extremely flexible hours so a very desirable job for those looking to have something part-time in addition to another job like in my personal scenario. Low skilled labor and entry level position. Some room for very minor advancement; I had the opportunity to apply for a slightly higher paying position which I later obtained (Social Media Evaluator to Ads Quality Rater).

Cons

Difficult qualification exam to obtain the position; this exam also takes a lot of hours which you are not compensated for. Poor communication by upper level management and it is sometimes difficult to get a hold of them if you are experiencing technical difficulties.

Pros

Vibrant and enthusiastic community. People try hard to deliver. Director and above get office and reserved garage parking.

Cons

90% of the employees are in operations and almost focussed on donkey work. Or to the very best making dumb things faster. 401k is almost non existent, bonus is a joke with 90% tied to company financials(revenue, % margin, ebidta). Takes ages to hire but a minute to fire somebody. HR is there but again useless. I don’t even want to start talking about recruiters.

Pros

- flexible - ability to work-from-home - never do the same thing twice - 401k, sick pay

Cons

- inconsistent workload - poor communication - no training - low wages - constantly changes to work standards - will never be more than a part-time job
