Pros

Overall simple tasks, Not too much pressure and no time control based work.

Cons

no much care or respect for the employee, nor professionally nor personally: not appropriate onboarding; not adequate training; no interest on working on the employee, formally discussing about qualities and weak points; no care about employee mental health; Worked inside an office of several flours with no access to stairs for more than 6 months. May happen to work in short-term projects with big amount of tasks to finish in a short time with no familiarization of the game. Really hard and time-consuming to get promotion and higher salary; No respect of contract termination notice.
