Unfortunately, this company does not care about its employees at all. They see everyone as numbers. Whenever a concern was brought up to upper management, it was either brushed away or ignored. Many things were talked about and promised that never happened. The pay is also terrible, along with the benefits, PTO rate, and attendance policies. The worst part though, by far, is the lack of job security. 170 people (some in higher positions who had been loyal to the company for multiple years) were recently laid off with no notice in a very unethical way. Don't work here.
