Pros

Lionbridge onDemand has a great environment with a work hard play hard mentality. There is growth potential in this position and is a great start to an effective career path. You work within teams and management is always willing to help you succeed.

Cons

This position is definitely for individuals that have good work ethic. If you are not willing to put in 100% I would say this position isn't for you.

Pros

Awesome atmosphere, great people, great management. Clear and reachable paths to promotion Good commission Great chance to play a large role in a very large company through the onDemand department. Own every aspect of the sales cycle from lead gen/prospecting, running meetings, making the sale and account managing.

Cons

If you really hate the color orange, that may be the only reason why you wouldn't want to work here.
