Pros

a lot of room for growth relaxed office environment mostly young employees equal promotion opportunities flexible hours

Cons

there honestly isn't many cons working here. The only thing that I can think of is making a lot of phone calls per day. But if this is something you see as a con then sales isn't for you

Pros

Lionbridge is a fairly flexible company with some decent benefits for full time employees and several project specializations. There are a lot of great people working with Lionbridge. Reliable and steady work.

Cons

Lionbridge is run on external contracts mostly so when contracts end employees shift or are let go. The salary for my position is lacking for all of the expectations and responsibility I hold in my current capacity. Work can be dull and technologies are not up to par with current standards in my current contract.

Pros

At Lionbridge onDemand I learned everything about the entire sales process. Not just one element of it. This is more knowledge than I could have hoped for with the development of my career in business. The energy of the office is great, too. We are a bunch of like minded, young professionals all on similar career paths. There is a healthy amount of competitiveness that pushes everyone, but not so much that we don't get along. The best part about working for the onDemand team is that this is a young, powerful division within Lionbridge. We have a start up mentality, we are growing very fast, and that doesn't seem to be slowing down. I feel like my accomplishments are actually noticed here and they are actually benefiting the growth of the company and my career.

Cons

I don't really have any cons to mention. The only aspect of this job I could see some people taking as a con is YOU HAVE TO BE READY TO WORK. This is not a place where success is handed out. You must be willing to go get it.
