Pros

Some very cool international characters to work with. Some great people.

Cons

Poor leadership or vision. Poor morals/ethics, by the company and sr. leadership. No innovation to retain customers/contracts - will only try to improve things after an account is lost to a competitor. Sr. Mgmt (VP level) is corrupt and lazy, but very smart. This leaves everyone below in a dangerous place. Unethical behaviors with customer data and agreements, which puts employees in a tight place. The office in Bellevue is a dump.

Fairly good work life balance. Great coworkers and local management.

Cons

Low wages and little room for advancement. Upper management doesn't seem to know what is going on or care.
