      Opportunity to work with different functional groups gives broad exposure. Rich environment for learning. Management is hands off.

      Over reliance on following procedures even when they are not applicable. Creates unnecessary work, slows down small projects

      - It seems easy, and would be convenient - They have a lot of information to help you succeed, guidelines, seminars, web tutorials

      Cons

      - You basically won the $14 an hour lottery if you pass qualification - Different members from LB create the qualification exam, each with a different outlook on what the guidelines means. This means that the exam answers literally change depending on who creates the exam, given that it is subjective work. - As the above is true, the qualification exam answer reasoning wasn't even stated in the same form as it was during the training for all questions, they listed arbitrary reasons which contradicted the guidelines. Clearly one member created the training and another created the exam, each with a different outlook of the guidelines -The software used is very poor, it was necessary to end the process on multiple occasions.
