      Great place to start but you have to pay your dues

      Pros

      Great place to start a sales career. Management provides training and proper guidance. You are really given the opportunity to work autonomously but get help if you need it. Management cares about you and your advancement if you work hard stay positive.

      Cons

      The first months can be tough and cold calling can get old but if you put your head down and get through it good things will happen.

      Pros

      I really cannot think of any pros for this company. My entire experience with them has been negative and disappointing.

      Cons

      They terminated my application before I even got to the training stage because they "believed" that I had worked for their customer under a different vendor, which I know is a flat out lie. Up until 2 months ago, I didn't even know what an Internet Assessor was. I asked them for clarification, but they refused to provide any. It was incredibly unprofessional and sketchy. If other companies began terminating applications or even employees because of "beliefs", the amount of lawsuits would be overwhelming.
