Awesome work environment. Young energetic employees who are dedicated and fun to be around. Welcoming and entertaining. EXTREMELY fast growing. Lots of opportunity to thrive!

Pros

Great way to learn more about sales. Other areas within Lionbridge seem interesting with some great people.

Cons

The Management is HORRIBLE.. They treat their employees poorly. They favor certain employees and treat others with little to no respect. The manager has a HUGE ego with nothing to back it up. If you are a recent graduate looking for work DO NOT go here. They make a lot of empty promises and make it seem like a fun environment... Don't be fooled......

Many opportunities to take on additional responsibilities. The work allows you to work with teams across the globe and you have much leeway to make decisions and learn from your mistakes.

Cons

It can be a pressure cooker as you are faced with challenging projects, while being involved in parallel initiatives and expanding responsibilities.
