No raises/little opportunities

Pros

Interesting jobs available in RnD. Co-workers are generally nice, younger crowd. Can quickly get to max PTO accrual. Offer 401k with some match and health insurance.

Cons

No advancement structure. Pay gets worse scale wise the higher you go. Company does not take care of employees. Only get a raise if promoted to a new position, which is pretty rare.

Pros

You can set your own hours and work anywhere from 10 to 20 hours a week.

Cons

The toolbar required for the Ad5 job is so bad that you end up spending 15 hours to complete your required 10 hours. The ratings are subjective, but if you don't rate them the same way as they want you to, you're wrong--even though they frequently change the way they rate them. For many of the ads, there's no way of knowing the "correct" answer.
