Pros

they pay and you get to work from home but SEE BELOW.

Cons

Horrible communication, dishonest management, lack of support. Working from home means that tech support for the crappy old laptop they will give you is non-existent, and they will expect you to be available whenever they need you. "Training," if you are lucky, will consist of some presentations that somebody recorded on Lync.

Pros

Hmmmmm, let me think........... None.

Cons

NO communication from my direct LB manager. Worked for them a little over 2 yrs. Walked me out with no notice. Had better treatment with other "lesser" agencies. Decent (but expensive) benefits. My LB manager made promises he/she had no ability (or intent) of fulfilling. They are incredibly slow getting ANYTHING done.

work at home on your own equipment

Cons

Feeds had corrupted videos with viruses even following ALL directions for antivirus programs, firewalls, etc. still wrecked my computer
