Pros

Flexible Hours Ability to work from home Completely based on the computer. You never have to speak to a human.

Cons

UNPAID training. Once hired they expect you to keep up with new concepts on your own time and DO NOT pay you for it. Also the management is not really clear with their goals. While the job is very flexiable, it wasn't for me. They tell you to check for rating tasks, but for someone who works nights, by the time I get home I don't find any.

People are nice in the office. There is flexibility of working from home.

Cons

Boring. Not many challenging and exciting tasks. Team member sometimes can be extremely irresponsible and like passing the bucks to others when issues occur.

Great local management. The work is cool and the company as a whole is trying hard to take care of the employees.

Cons

Pay is low but dictated by stingy customers. The worst HR department I have ever worked with. Sit in their ivory tower and shove edict after edict with no idea what the business is. These HR women (only women) try to run the company and are absolutely clueless. Often times the threat of escalating to the "highest" level HR is supposed to put the fear of god in everyone and this threat is used all of the time. I thought HR was supposed to help protect everyone. What a joke! Just horrible HR at Lionbridge. Will miss my managers and peers...not HR.
