Pros

Work at home, very flexible environment. You just have to learn how to rate, then everything was ok for me. Good communication, very helpful and kind community team which helps you learn better and improve your skills, very helpful webinars.

Cons

None found so far, if you can consider it a con, tasks availability in May, June, July, August was not very good, but this could be clearly related to Google and not to Lionbridge.

Great Company in a great and growing market.

Solid #1 in the Language Services business. Growing into a large company, but still aggressive and trying new things. A solid place to work.

Cons

Needs to focus more on the latest technologies and interactive methods to stay ahead of the competition. A bit to focused on the services side of the business.
