      Pros

      This company has treated me quite well during the time that I have worked here. The people are all quite nice and there is flexibility to work from home after you've proven yourself. I've worked hard and feel that it's been acknowledged and rewarded. Very fast paced work.

      Cons

      Not a lot PTO offered to those just starting at the company. The 401k corporate match annual limit is pretty low. My compensation has grown since I first started but you have to work hard and prove your worth to management.
