Decent benefits, but too focused on profit.

Pros

Benefits are good. There are some good people working for the company. Not a bad place to put some time in and gain experience. Can grow in the company if you are motivated.

Cons

Focus is always on profit... with less concern about the actual employees. Tend to underbid contracts and under compensate employees. Corporate culture could use some improvement. More attention should be given to non-headquarters units to make it feel more like one company.

Pros

Flexible about part-time, study leave, work-life balance and other adjustments due to life situations.

Cons

No paid training ever. Nobody hired from the outside even for demanding positions, instead promoting people from the inside - meaning that HR doesn't have HR training, managers don't have management training etc. The pay is notoriously low. Management openly plays favourites.
