Pros

Payment was ok. Communication was excellent. You only need a computer and an internet connection.

Cons

Tasks arrive without notice, even in the middle of the night (GMT +1).

Pros

Wonderful people to work with, interesting products and services, office was recently renovated and now has very nice facilities. Great opportunities to work from home. Nice perk of leaving early every Friday during the summer.

Cons

Company culture is a total dud, high turnover, poor on-boarding process within sales organization, very poor communication between departments. HQ in Waltham is not so desirable, with horrible traffic every day on I-95.
