Pros

Flexible hours, work whenever you want. Provides extensive and ongoing training. Pays well, hourly rate. Answers all questions within 24 hours. Great support and help if needed. Provides feedback for learning. Sometimes extra hours are available. Work is not stressful, no deadlines.

Cons

Need to pass an exam, but may be able to retake, and they give you plenty of study and practice material. Pays out once a month, payout dates can vary in the month (doesn't fall on specific dates like the 1st or 5th). Can be hard to grasp at first for some, may seem like a page can fall in between ratings, but if you catch on its easy stuff. Learn the method! That's the most important info I can give.

Pros

* The PMP methodology is well advanced and one can learn many good PM practices when working in Lionbridge. * The atmosphere in the office is friendly and casual. * Colleagues and team mates are very helpful and always willing to share their knowledge. * Payments are always on time. * The onboard training is reasonable. * The working environment is international and multicultural. * There are some training opportunities, but only internal.

Cons

* very poor top management not able to motivate employees * lack of appreciation of employees * practically no chance for promotion * hardly any benefits on top of the base salary * no salary raise for years * long working hours when involved in projects with international clients * overtime hours not paid for, only due to exchange for time off * management does nothing to keep the experienced employes in the company and looses many great people
