Pros

* very friendly atmosphere * you can be hired even if you have just graduated * there are never any problems with the pay schedule * for those who are willing, there are a lot of possibilites to gain a lot of skills and learn a lot

Cons

* too few options of promotion * salaries reflect the difficulty of the work - which is not high * some team leads are very mediocre in the roles - know little, don't really support their teams

Pros

Good technical knowledge gained. Well organised company.

Cons

They advertised a pay rate but pulled the oldest trick in the book. The pay rate actually depended on the completion of a set number of tasks (not an hourly amount as advertised) which are virtually impossible to complete. So guess what- they dock it off your wages every time. You are meant to process data non-stop and you end up sat there on your own, staring at the clock every 30 seconds. I wouldn't say don't do this- they aren't cowboys- but it was unreasonably demanding when I did it.
