Good for freshers. No fixed shifts. Flexibility in office timings.

Cons

No Perks. Pay is low.

Pros

work from home, great SA meet some good people they are the largest in what they do but sometimes operationally they are not together

Cons

If the CEO does not support sales then the entire management group does not and it shows. No where to move up in company and management does not help, no sense of team, alot of the pm's are not happy and quiiting all

Pros

- International atmosphere. - No need to know Finnish even though the company is located in Finland. - Learn new abilities.

Cons

- They will call you on a needed basis, this means that maybe a month you'll earn over 2000 euros and the next month nothing at all. - It is difficult to advance in the company. - Doing a good job is not a plus, it always feels like you'll get more work if they like you personally.
