      Pros

      Good atmosphere, easy job, flexible hours for some time

      Cons

      Little respect towards employees, low salary and no chance for getting raise or promotion, management abroad does not know the situation in Poland ->bad decisions, mass layoffs with very short notice period

      Pros

      good place to work, learn on the job and put your abilities to the test in a competitive environment. it is an organization that has an office culture that just about makes the grade and is flexible and does listen to what the employees have to say about achieving results. It is one of the few companies that does give employees an opportunity to achieve results and also tries to retain employees and find out if they can do something to keep them from leaving.

      Cons

      compensation does not match skills required, no clear idea on how appraisal is done and promotion given to employees are few and far between. There are a lot of advance in the field of technology and training does not keep pace with the changes happening, which in turn makes it difficult for employees to do their work efficiently. Time off policies are not followed effectively and some people get leaves at the cost of others leaving an avoidable burden of workload to be done at any given time.
