      Pros

      Multicultural working environment, flexible working hours; relaxed, casual and friendly atmosphere among employees

      Cons

      No opportunities of development and advancing your career. No appreciation of employees, no respect of what they do. Mass layoffs, no notice. No communication. Awful management.

      Pros

      A lot of down time that resulted in a stress/care free environment.

      Cons

      Management in the US making decisions without taking into account how these decisions negatively affect the company in Poland. Also the pros and cons have to be on a project basis. If you work on a project for a large multinational company then expect to get screwed over a lot.

      Nothing good as such. Working with onsite offices is good, but unfortunately it doesn't take you anywhere. see below Cons for more.

      NO GROWTH, DISRESPECTFUL atmosphere. Very much of POLITICS. Worst HR management. Worst Internal Management. Too much of ATTITUDE everywhere. Not at all good atmosphere to work. No growth in pay and in your position. Company is just bothered about their work and facilities provided to the upper management. Appraisals are just formality. Not recommended for career oriented aspirants. Think 200 times before you join the company, I made mistake hope you won't.
