All work and very little pay

Pros

Flexible schedule, good people who are very accommodating and quick to lend a hand and a kind word when you need it

Cons

Not one single upper management decision maker has any clue to to handle any employees. There has been zero salary movement in years, even though the publicly traded company has had good numbers recently. The work and the training just gets piled on without any reward at the end of the road.

Pros

Given significant freedom to perform, many good people at the company.

Cons

Completely inept upper management, serious lack of alignment across multiple fronts, and literally zero investment in technology/ processes to make better offerings. Focus is exclusively on cost savings at the expense of quality.

Relaxed Work culture. Not too many restrictive policies. Good to spend first few years in IT career. Brand is known worldwide

Cons

Poor paymasters (at least till 2012) Upper management and sales team unable to bring in projects(at least till 2012) Not much impetus on processes
