Pros

1. Flexible working hours 2. No hard and fast rule on dress code 3. Good work envirnoment

Cons

1. The Management doesn't appreciate any employee's hard work. 2. There's not much work coming in now, still you must show "8 hour productive work". How's that possible??? 3. You don't receive any raise in pay that is promised by the HRs when your joining the company. 4. You suck up to your manager and only then will you survive.

Allows you to do work from home. Good work culture. They have flexible timings and an understanding management team.

Cons

Lacks in appreciating a hardworking employee. Very weird when it comes to appraisals.
