      Pros

      Flexible working hours, no dress code policy and decent work ambiance. Events are round the year but you may enjoy it unless you are forcefully dragged into it! Brand name may help you get better opportunity outside.

      Cons

      Pathetic resource and operational management skills, Groupism among management with no respect for junior resources. No professional training provided. Management instantly passes on the hat to juniors in-case of process failure. No transparency from the employer.

      Good salary. Great colleagues. And nothing else...

      Cons

      It was a very difficult time for me. I have never worked in this role before. The training was very poor. After the two initial months of very low activity, I got overloaded with work. No details to follow. I was very happy when I left.

      Pros

      You make your own hours, after some time the job feels natural.

      Cons

      Extensive training unpaid, excessive pressure (you have to accomplish 80% in your evaluations, otherwise they fire you), disorganized. You have to hunt for tasks the whole day, and If you does not find any, you simply do not work.
