Pros

The ability to work when and from where you want is the real positive of this job. While jobs availability is often an issue, when there are tasks, you can set our own hours.

Cons

The advertised hourly rate isn't accurate as they base it on being able to work much faster than is realistic. They also require you to put in lots of time in training, resolving tasks, and attending webinars that you don't get paid for.

1. Closed Los Angeles office 2. Moved to an offshore + low cost (non US) delivery model making it difficult to stay employeed in US. 3. Little opportunity to change positions in LA / US area
