      It could be a good company if they paid attention to the details

      Pros

      They provide quite good training. Payment was on time as promised.

      Cons

      You have to learn quite a lot to be able to do the tasks and it is very time consuming. Payment doesn't reflect the amount of time you invested in learning. The biggest problem is that they aren't enough tasks to do.

      In LionBridge, most of the projects are contract basis (for 2 or 3 years).

      Good 4 beigneers and new comers for an experience . Flexi -time

      salary hike is all time low ......over work load .......mental pressure Team leads try to bully u around ....management dosent know how to care 4 employees .......Made some good friends ......but both my team lead where non-experienced ......they didnt have any knowledge abt work ...till date they dont have any ......and keep hassaring ppl who have knowledge and object 2 their style of work ......wont consider the suggestion give by experienced team member ........and carry on with their way unrealistic and wrong methods that screw the project ........All ppl above engineers like TL,PL,PM are intrested in politics and care less abt employees...they dont care even if we die ....they want their targets achived
