Pros

I could earn some money while studying

Cons

There is no future for anyone there. There are no raises for anymore. The core staff never changes, only testers change.

Pros

If you have a valuable skillset and are outgoing, no one is stopping your progress. For people who are young or who have already had great careers LB provides a place where expectations are not extremely demanding.

Cons

Unfortunately, if you want to progress - it will have to be outside Lionbridge because they do not provide skill training and career advancement is limited. Each project varies dramatically by client as there is not a strong "Lionbridge" culture.
