Pros

If you can actually manage to get a full-time position, you get paid time off and benefits.

Cons

Where do I even start? Lionbridge will hire almost anyone, so the level of competence is generally low. If you are competent, expect to pick up the slack of many others around you. You will not be rewarded for the extra effort unless you somehow get lucky.

Pros

Easy employment for educated foreigners looking for entry into working life. Flexible working times.

Cons

"As and when needed" style contracts issued to non management -- Not good if you are not a student. You work hard during the days you work, but would earn more money per month if unemployed (most months). Unethical management. High employee turnover. You are losing close friends/colleagues (the talented ones) on a monthly basis. Regularly working in positions above your title, but not getting that title nor the pay increase that comes along with it.
