Pros

Company average ago is mid 20s, plenty of young colleagues and the friendly environment makes it enjoyable to work here. Pantry is well stocked with snacks and drinks.

Cons

Lack of internal systems, structure and processes makes it very hard to get things done smoothly. Things are changing all the time and a lot of last min tasks with tight deadlines and lack of proper instruction & info makes working very difficult and frustrating.

Friendly colleagues, free snacks and drinks in pantry

Cons

Boss of company expects you to work past office hours and would deliberately arrange for internal meetings to be after office hours. Location of office was terrible and inconvenient. Unfair treatment between staff who are with Lionsbot(poorly treated), and staff who are with mothership company(well treated) even though they share the same office.
