6 months at LionsBot feels like 2 years. You look back and you can't believe how much you've done or achieved. Company also feels entirely different in a matter of weeks due to the extreme rate of growth. Lots of young talent with brilliant ideas to collaborate and work with

Cons

Not for everyone. As a product-based startup, it can be chaotic, messy and with a lack of clear direction sometimes.

Good pantry A few friendly and respectful staff

Cons

Rush product launch, resulting in several bugs in the cleaning robots. Miscommunication is so common and there is a shortage of staff. Rush to start on projects which have ridiculous deadlines. As a result, staffs in senior positions are too busy to review and revamp their management structure. Pay is so bad, equivalent to a waiter.

Engineering Driven Company with huge goals , that makes to learn things in 3x speed compared to others, especially in R&D. No Deeper hierarchy and pay based on efforts and idea breakthroughs.

Cons

as usual Expected cons in a Growing company all around the world , Slightly long work hours but only 30 percent of the times will be felt exhausting and most of the time its fun , so difficult for people 30plus
