- Great place to work if you like being challenged (new day new problems, everyday) - Relatively younger colleagues which contributes to a very open work environment (e.g. open to share knowledge, willing to help)

Cons

- Lack of administrative and financial manpower (lots of OT) - Lack of information flow between departments due to non-standardized work processes (messy, politics) - Lack of career advancement

Company average ago is mid 20s, plenty of young colleagues and the friendly environment makes it enjoyable to work here. Pantry is well stocked with snacks and drinks.

Cons

Lack of internal systems, structure and processes makes it very hard to get things done smoothly. Things are changing all the time and a lot of last min tasks with tight deadlines and lack of proper instruction & info makes working very difficult and frustrating.
