      Pros

      Engineering Driven Company with huge goals , that makes to learn things in 3x speed compared to others, especially in R&D. No Deeper hierarchy and pay based on efforts and idea breakthroughs.

      Cons

      as usual Expected cons in a Growing company all around the world , Slightly long work hours but only 30 percent of the times will be felt exhausting and most of the time its fun , so difficult for people 30plus

      Pros

      Lots of freedom of exploration, ideas and suggestions are considered regardless of seniority. Best Idea Wins. Helpful colleagues at the workplace. Young team, great to have fun with after working hours. Good place for people who are looking for serious and rapid engineering and prototyping. In-house Gym, no need to travel or pay a subscription fee to keep fit. Well stocked pantry to reward yourself with treats.

      Cons

      High workload and tight deadlines, difficult to have work-life balance. Need to be comfortable with uncertainties in design parameters and accepting hard work being scrapped for better ideas. Best Idea Wins.

      Pros

      I am given good opportunities to learn and grow. my work packages are put in the final product even though I am new. Team mates are responsible and there is a high standard for engineers. Work life balanced has improved.

      Steep learning curve, not for those requiring hand holding
