Pros

Pros : - Colleagues: working in an authoritarian and corrupt system creates bonds between its victims. - Through pain and repeated failure, you'll learn to deliver results, whatever the cost, good or bad. - Once you've been through hell there, the rest will seem so much easier elsewhere.

Cons

- Life balance: 9 to 9 as a minimum, Even if you work is done, we need to stay because manager check who is leaving. - Organization A lot of talk for so little action. No documentation, no projects. If you join the company, you'll never catch the train. Three generations of robots repeating the same mistakes. - Management Communism revisited. Only the favorites can talk and give ideas. The rest are just executors of tasks. Only the favorites are promoted, paid, not fired, forgiven for their mistakes. Managers have always been the same, and we still wonder why the robot doesn't work after 6 years.

Pros

A good place to learn, accelerate growth, and have good colleagues.

Cons

Hard work is usual, but not appreciated. Too short-sighted, waste workforce and resources to achieve nothing. Frequent layoff. Friendly colleagues are gone in an instant. Don't complain if you work there, otherwise you ill get layoff soon.

Pros

- Pantry is well-stocked with drinks - Colleagues are friendly and approachable

Cons

- Team leads are not technical in certain fields but are expected to "lead" those that are in those certain fields, resulting in mismatch of expectations and understanding of the tasks. This is resultant of the "flat hierarchy" structure where a single lead is in charge of many employees. - Features are often requested on a "on-request" basis, resulting in unsustainable software practices - Poor planning and execution of to-be released products - OT is not enforced, but expected
