Pros

Small-ish sized company(at least compared to the bigger studios), which is a plus. This means that teams are smaller, and you get to learn a lot of different things. Back in the day, the In-n-Out truck came by during the summers and there was the basketball tournament every summer as well. Some cool perks, but not nearly as many as at other places.

Cons

Learn what you can, and get out. Completely depends on which department you're in, but not much room for growth. The people who have been there since the original LG days are there to stay.

Pros

Department was packed with new projects. People were very friendly. If you can find a way to add value to your position, you can move up quickly.

Cons

The pay is low but industry standard. Room to grow but takes a lot of time to move up. People stay in the same position for 2+ years before new opportunity presents itself naturally.
