Pros

Lionsgate is a casual environment and does help you gain knowledge and skills about your department and industry. Pay is okay and benefits are also subpar.

Cons

Besides the pay and benefits the only other downside I can think of is interdepartment relations. you dont get to interact with other vp's that often.

Pros

- good name to have on cv - great co-workers

Cons

- worst HR i've ever encountered; incompetent, dishonest, self-serving, ignores allegations of bullying, frequent unprofessional remarks - bullying and unreasonable behaviour from senior management goes repeatedly unchecked - terrible progression opportunities - low pay
